Don Sinclair Davis

Part I
Our guest today is an American Actor born in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri. This is part one of a two part series on the career of this accomplished character actor, theatre professor, painter and former captain in the U.S. Army. He is best known for playing General George S. Hammond in the science fiction television series Stargate SG-1 (1997-2004) and earlier for playing Major Garland Briggs on the television series Twin Peaks (1990-1991).

We are back with our guest, Don Sinclair Davis, for Part II of our interview regarding his illustrious acting career. Today we will be discussing his role as General George S. Hammond in the television sci-fi series Stargate SG1 as well as his role as major Garland Briggs on Twin Peaks.

Our guest today is the television host of popular local show entitled "Saving the American Dream." He has a Master Degree in Education from the Loyola Marymount University, a Bachelors Degree of Brooklyn College, he is a public school teacher, a former business man, and a member of the executive board of the republican Jewish coalition.

Our guest today was raised at Lost Cabin, Wyoming and has been a true cowboy all his life. Since he was 11 years old he has been a singing cowboy. He has appeared in over 200 movies working with all the legendary singing cowboys and for the past 64 years he has been at the reins of the Original Riders Of The Purple Sage. Our opening music is one of their hits "Ghost Riders In The Sky".
Scott Simon (Sha Na Na)
Our guest today is a charismatic performer, multi-instrumentalist musician (from keyboards to guitar and bass) and prolific songwriter. He has been an integral part of the musical group Sha Na Na since 1970. Sha Na Na was in the original Woodstock festival lineup, starred in the film "Grease" (the most successful movie musical), hosted the Sha Na Na TV series for four years and still plays more than 100 concerts a year, from performing arts centers, casino showrooms to mega corporate functions world wide. Scott's best known composition, "Sandy" was sung by John Travolta in the hit movie "Grease".

Our guest today has entertained in almost every area of show business including the Broadway stage, motion pictures, television, "Movie of the week", a weekly series, and especially playing his one-man show "Jack Benny / Laughter & Bloom." Jimmy O'Keefe (Dennis O'Keefe)
Our guest today is the son of one of the most lithe, brash, charming, tall and rugged lead actors of the Golden Age of American Cinema. Dennis O'Keefe during his career, which spanned over three decades, had over 215 films to his credit. Besides acting, he was a writer and director and he performed in over 30 notable TV Guest Appearances. Jimmy O'Keefe, his son, is with us in studio!
